Return Policy

Non-customized Products

All new and unopened Somfy and Bond products returned to Automated Shades Pro will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Any items returned in a visibly opened and used  condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Eligible refunds will be processed based on the method of the original payment: products that leave the United States are not eligible for return. Return Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The issuance of the RMA is subject to the following conditions:

  1. You must have a copy of your original purchase receipt.
  2. The product must be returned to the designated returns facility within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
  3. The product must be packed in the original unopened package/unmarked packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.
  4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item and any loss or damage to the product during shipping. We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

Customized Products

Due to the custom nature of these products, any item that is made-to-order to a customer's specifications is not eligible for return or refund. These include any item that is custom laser engraved with text that a customer inputs and any window shade that is cut to a customer's specified measurements.
